All the (a) SME component manufactures, and (b) SME buyers of these components need to cooperate. But they don’t want to divulge their business secrets. SMEs may use VY.EcoSys to control their data and transform their data into Personalized Recs published via Personalized News Stream. The buyer-SME’s Personalized Recs will – if and when the buyer-SME wants to – as well be posted to the vendor-SME’s Personalized News Stream: recommending buyer’s demand to the supplier-SME; this is first. And second, posting the supplier-SME’s products/services to its customers Personalized News Stream. Sure, Personalized Recs and the Personalized News Stream will as well work with ‘headless’ e-commerce / publishing.
SME’s Ecosystem using VY.EcoSys
It’s not so easy for an SME’s online-shop to predict the demand of its customers. The latest trick of the trade is „headless“ online-shop design. That’s a good idea but for the „headless“ online-shop design to work well, the vendor is still missing the perfect prediction of the buyer’s future demand. For ecosystems, that prediction is the base of the cooperation. For that perfect prediction the buyer’s data are necessary.
Technically both, access to the data and the prediction is no problem. The future could be, to connect to the customer via AI-Agents using APIs or a browser. But in SME-2-SME ecosystems the buyer doesn’t want to divulge its data to the vendor. (Same thing on the next trading level – only then the vendor doesn’t want to divulge what he paid.) It’s unclear how the usual suspects, offering AI-Agents today, will protect the customer’s data.
With VY.EcoSys the buyer itself may transform its data on-device into that prediction and the corresponding Personalized Recs for the suitable vendors of the ecosystem and their offers. Trusted Third Party: AI-analyze SME-data:
The SME’s data are valuable because their data are their intelligence to be transformed into future solutions. Not every SME can afford a team of data-scientists to AI-analyze the SME’s data and transform that data into suitable Personalized Recs. But the SME will order its Trusted Third Party (TTP) to perform that task and the TTP will be using VY.EcoSys. TTPs will become a new kind of professionals. Professionals accountable to their clients only. Just like medical doctors, pharmacists, and lawyers. Neither the same lawyer works for both sides of the conflict nor does the same TTP.
The TTP will perform the data analytics using the SME’s mini-STM (Small Trade Model). A mini-STM is a derivative of a Large Trade Model (LTM) but trained on the industry’s licensed data sets and fine-tuned on the private data of the SME. Right, today international trade is still missing the Large Trade Model. But it’s coming soon.

Outlook: For SMEs, the formula of on-device data storage as well as on-device AI-data-analytics made possible by TTPs, licensed data sets and fine-tuned mini-SLMs will be applicable as well for Accountants, Legal Professionals, especially tax accountants and tax lawyers. Health Care will be organized by VY.EcoSys using today’s reality as a model: The patient will go to her General Practitioner (GP), who will as well act as the patient’s TTP. The GP will be using the Small Medical Model for analyzing the patient’s data on the GP’s device. Maybe the patient needs a (digital) med. pharm. prescription for the local pharmacy? Well, the GP will send her med. pharm. prescription to the pharmacy’s Personalized News Stream. These are only further examples, not a complete list. The precondition are the right Large Language Models of the many disciplines for the many Trusted Third Parties to work with.
The decentralized approach of on-device data storage as well as on-device AI-data-analytics will be the right solution to protect the intelligence of SMEs and to distribute artificial intelligence to SMEs. It’s the right approach, because then, everything the SME and its TTP will need, will be VY.EcoSys for the AI-management of its intelligence.
SMEs matter for every economy. Taking the United States as an example, SMEs are responsible for 39% of the U.S. value creation; in Germany it’s 42% and the EU average is 56%.
What will be right for SMEs is of course long standing practice of exchange traded PLCs / Corps: They manage their data storage and AI-analytics on-premise. Their transactions are done by Supply Chain Management and Procurement Software. Especially Banks are organized on-premise.
